Cancelation Policy

We want to provide you with a flexible but fair cancelation policies for bookings made on With that in mind, please look at the following and ensure you understand the cancelation policy before completing your booking. This cancelation policy is the same for every property on this website. It may not cover promotional offers but we will make this abundantly clear on such properties and offers. Roomfilla has the right to make the decision on all cancelations and refunds at our sole discretion for any other reasons.

Grace Period

We understand you may book something and change your mind. Impulse bookings happen and we understand that. If you do require a cancelation within 24 hours of the booking, please reach out to us. As long as the booking is more than 30 days in the future then we will provide you with a full refund. If the check in date of the booking is less than 30 days away we do not offer a grace period for cancelations.

Refund Policy

Outside of the Grace Period we offer a refund policy which enables you to get a full refund if you cancel 45 days or more before the check in date. Please reach out to us at the earliest to activate this policy. If you cancel within 44 days to 30 days prior to checkin we can offer you a 50% refund. Bookings within 30 days are non refundable. We will work with you however, if you manage to get someone else to take on the booking, name changes are entirely plausible.
